{"id":114,"date":"2018-04-29T22:42:53","date_gmt":"2018-04-29T21:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/geoplanpt.cz\/?page_id=114"},"modified":"2018-05-03T22:08:45","modified_gmt":"2018-05-03T21:08:45","slug":"katastr-nemovitosti","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.geoplan.cz\/index.php\/mesmerize\/sluzby\/katastr-nemovitosti\/","title":{"rendered":"KATASTR NEMOVITOST\u00cd"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h1>Geometrick\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny,\u00a0pr\u00e1ce pro katastr nemovitost\u00ed<\/h1>\n<p>Podle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d.357\/2013 Sb. se geometrick\u00fd pl\u00e1n zhotovuje pro:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>zm\u011bnu hranice katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fazem\u00ed a hranice \u00fazemn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed jednotky<\/li>\n<li>rozd\u011blen\u00ed pozemku<\/li>\n<li>zm\u011bnu hranice pozemku<\/li>\n<li>vyzna\u010den\u00ed budovy a vodn\u00edho d\u00edla nebo zm\u011bny jejich obvodu v katastru<\/li>\n<li>ur\u010den\u00ed hranic pozemk\u016f p\u0159i pozemkov\u00fdch \u00faprav\u00e1ch<\/li>\n<li>dopln\u011bn\u00ed souboru geodetick\u00fdch informac\u00ed o pozemek dosud evidovan\u00fd zjednodu\u0161en\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, pokud se jeho hranice vyty\u010duj\u00ed a ozna\u010duj\u00ed v ter\u00e9nu<\/li>\n<li>opravu geometrick\u00e9ho a polohov\u00e9ho ur\u010den\u00ed nemovitosti<\/li>\n<li>up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f o parcele podle p\u0159\u00edd\u011blov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>pr\u016fb\u011bh vyty\u010den\u00e9 nebo vlastn\u00edky up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00e9 hranice pozemk\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>vymezen\u00ed rozsahu v\u011bcn\u00e9ho b\u0159emene k \u010d\u00e1sti pozemku<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pro objedn\u00e1n\u00ed geometrick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu nebo vyty\u010den\u00ed vlastnick\u00e9 hranice pozemku pot\u0159ebujeme zn\u00e1t n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fadaje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>jm\u00e9no a p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed nebo n\u00e1zev firmy a adresu<\/li>\n<li>spojen\u00ed &#8211; telefon (do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, dom\u016f, mobil), e-mail, fax<\/li>\n<li>dot\u010den\u00e9 katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>parceln\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla dot\u010den\u00fdch pozemk\u016f<\/li>\n<li>popis nebo\u00a0obr\u00e1zek jak\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st pozemku se m\u00e1 odd\u011blit nebo vyty\u010dit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Po obdr\u017een\u00ed objedn\u00e1vky provedeme cenovou kalkulaci a kontaktujeme V\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Geometrick\u00fd pl\u00e1n je technick\u00fdm podkladem pro proveden\u00ed zm\u011bny v katastru nemovitost\u00ed, tvo\u0159\u00ed tedy pouze p\u0159\u00edlohu k vyhotoven\u00ed listin (nap\u0159. N\u00e1vrh na vklad) o pr\u00e1vn\u00edch vztaz\u00edch k nemovitostem.
